welcome to the Circle

You are invited to come together and celebrate yourself, each other, the light & the dark

We will meet under the new or full moon in honour of the cyclical nature of women.

Within the safety of the circle, you will be energetically held, nourished & loved, whilst having the time to dive into topics that will allow you to explore, honour and nurture yourself.

You will be welcomed to a space where you can be just as you are.

You will be safe here, safe to be yourself.

Let's come back to ourselves, together. You never have to be alone again.

Why Women’s Circles?

Women’s circles are:

  • non judgemental

  • an opportunity to create meaning, intention and purpose

  • a place to feel held & heard

  • somewhere to be yourself

  • a place of support, kindness & nourishment

  • somewhere to look inward

  • a place to integrate life’s experiences

Women’s circles offer time for replenishment and an environment that helps women remember their vital power and innate wisdom. Circles also offer an opportunity to connect with other women on the same path of spiritual and personal development, supporting you to achieve your goals and dreams.

What do we ‘do’ in circle?

Each circle is different, I like to work with a theme that creates the foundation for our time together. Themes may be based on seasons, goddesses, astrological events or shadow work.

Expect to dive beneath the surface and be with your true self.

There will be gentle movement and guided explorations - movement helps us drop into the body and out of the mind, once we soften into the body we can begin to connect more deeply to our heart and inner wisdom.

You’ll be invited to share, sharing is completely optional. Conscious listening - listening to the experience of others’ with the intention to understand and support - is also an important aspect of women’s circles, listening deeply with intention contributes to personal growth, integration and connection.

There may be tears, laughter or silence

Each circle is blend of light & dark that contributes to wholeness, as one cannot exist without the other.

"A circle of women may just be the most powerful force known to humanity.

If you have one, embrace it.

If you need one, seek it.

If you find one, for the love of all that is good and holy, dive in.

Hold on. Love it up. Get Naked.

Let them see you. Let them hold you.

Let your reluctant tears fall.

Let yourself rise fierce and love gentle.

You will be changed.

The very fabric of your being will be altered by this, if you allow it.

Please, please allow it."

History of women’s Circles

In ancient times, circles were spaces of empowerment, where women would gather in red tents while menstruating to honour their bodies, come to stillness and to give thanks. This was a place for women and girls to affirm their spirituality & connect with one another by sharing stories, eating, worshiping whilst gathered around a fire.

These circles were often spaces where daughters, mothers, and grandmothers could come together to share resources and wisdom, as well as medicine, traditions, recipes, spiritual lessons, and much more.

A shift began somewhere around 6,000 to 4,000 years ago, when patriarchy and hierarchy began to eclipse ritualistic and community-oriented practices. Linear progress began to replace circular and cyclical ways of being. During this time, female leaders began to be persecuted, and accusations of witchcraft swirled around powerful female healers and spiritual teachers. Women's circles decreased in popularity.

It is now my absolute honour and privilege to create environments for women to remember their connection to one another and their cyclical nature.
